How to make chicken less bland without being unhealthy?!


Question: How to make chicken less bland without being unhealthy!?
I eat 8oz of chicken breast a day and it's starting to get boring, how else can I cook them so that they taste better without altering the nutrients too much!? I'm 16 and don't really have the time/experience to cook anything special, someone recommended adding hot peppers just to spice it up, is there anything else like that!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

put 2tbsp olive oil or canala oil in the pan (dont worry it's good fats uneed them) cook it add some lemon juice 1tsp is enough cut up the chicken in the pan w/ tongs add garlic and onions garlic powder and a bit of paprika Muah Deliscioso hehe
or the hott peppers start it off w/ 1tbsp magerine add 1tbsp water after putting in the chicken add tobasco to it and those hott peppers and onions maybe throw it over some brown rice or on a sandwich get some carbs in there too hope that helpedWww@FoodAQ@Com

I've always liked the following spices for chicken!. Unless otherwise noted, it's just fine to buy the little spice jars at your grocery store!. Most can be added to the chicken just after cooking it, though it tastes better if you add it during the cooking process (depending on how you make it - if you bake it, add a little olive oil and rub them on the chicken)!.

Rosemary
Basil
Dill
Garlic (this is also easy to prepare fresh - get a few cloves at the grocery store, peel them, and saute them with the chicken in a little olive oil)
Olive oil (the good stuff!.!.!.Rachel Ray's "evoo" brand is actually very good)

Crushed red pepper is also good, if you like spiciness!.

None of these negatively affect the nutritional value, and some (garlic, olive oil) actually have health benefits of their own!.

There are more, but these are the easiest!. Combine spices to your own tastes!.!.!.experiment, and have fun with it! Good luck! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

best things to use is fresh herbs!. Like parsley!. Thyme!. Taragon!. Use garlic!. Chillies and lemon!. And maybe some indian spices like cumin!. Corriander!. Gara masala!. Use plenty of these and avoid oil!. Butter!. Cream!. Salt and stock cubes if you want to keep it healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Marinades made with a little olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, whatever tickles your fancy!. Mrs!. Dash has some nice flavored marinades too!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Squeeze fresh lime juice over the chicken during and after baking!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

you could add some herbs to it while you cook it !.!.!. just sprinkle some on top !.!.!.

otherwise you could just try looking through some cook books for chicken dishes !.!.!.
