I make my favorite cookie dough recipe and use my big pizza pan!. Then I put parchment paper on the pan and spread the dough onto the paper!. I bake it, and watch to see when it is done!. It takes longer of course, but I keep my eye on it and take it out when it is golden brown!. If you want a softer cookie, you take it out a little earlier!. Then I put the pan on a rack and let it cool a bit!.!.!.about 5 minutes!. I slide the parchment paper off the pizza pan and then take the cookie off the paper!. Sometimes I decorate the cookie, like for my friend's birthday or something!. It is delicious!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I use a Wilton cookie pan!. They make them in all shapes, round, heart, tree, gingerbread!. It's the easiest!. Otherwise you could use a large round cake pan and put parchement or wax paper in the bottom so you can easily remove the cookie!. Happy baking!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Lay the dough out on a jelly roll pan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
using all the cookie dough batter and make it into one blob!.
