Sangria
from CLLF 214 Fruit
This traditional Spanish wine punch is ideal for outdoor entertaining and our use of white wine allows the beautiful fruit to come to the fore both visually and in its taste!. A pitcher of this sangria makes entertaining easy as people can help themselves to more as they are likely to do!. Feel free to use other fruit that is in season although fruit that holds its shape is preferable!.
2 white peaches, pitted and sliced
? bunch of white grapes
1 lemon, sliced, seeds removed
? cup sugar
1 bottle white wine
? bottle seltzer
? honeydew, cut into small pieces orballed
2 apples, cored and sliced
2 ounces orange liqueur such as Cointreau, optional
1!. Pour wine into a pitcher and add sugar!. Stir until sugar ahs dissolved!.
2!. Add the fruit and orange liqueur!. Pour in the seltzer and stir!. Serve over ice!.

My favorite (and the easiest) Sangria I have made I got from Olive Garden!. You can go there and buy the syrup for it, then buy a bottle of red wine, I forget the brand, but then you mix them together and it is de-licious!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
