Answers:
If a recipe is calling for cinnamon sticks you will proudly be taking them out before the dish is done or serving!. You are getting the essence or taste of the cinnamon not wanting actual cinnamon in the recipe!. Example when making cider you use cinnamon sticks for the flavor and when serving to be a pretty stir stick but you never consume the cinnamon stick!. I hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

depends on the recipie!. if you are asked to boil them in a liquid you can not use ground cinnamon, you have to use the sticks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sticks are usually removed before serving!. They are to just add a hint of flavor, so about 1/2 tsp!.!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

about 1 teaspoonWww@FoodAQ@Com
