For pudding you need something lighter after all that stodge so I would suggest a yummy pavlova with exotic fruits or a peach mousse!.

You forgot the SPOUTS!! You can't have a roast without some delicious Brussels sprouts!.

For pudding I like to go for something lightish after a roast, my favourite is a tangerine mousse!.
