I would Brown the beef first to cut down on the grease ( you don't have to)!. Mix the beef with uncooked rice!. You can either mix the undiluted soup into the beef / rice mixture or use it to pour over the peppers after stuffing them!. 350 degrees for about 40 mins depending t how big your peppers are!. We mix together the beef, rice ,(I like to add a can of corn and an onion) and the good ol' salt and pepper to taste!.
Stuff the peppers with the raw meat mixture!. Cover the peppers with the tomato soup and into the oven you go! Cook 1-1 1/2 hours at 350!. Enjoy! (they are good topped with sour cream!)Www@FoodAQ@Com
