Answers:
I believe that would be 4 eggs because my cookbook says 1 large egg equals 1/4 cup fat free, cholesterol free egg product!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

All I know is that the powder and the liquid are different, different concentrations and quantities!.

A cup of liquid is probably right!. Now do you want whole eggs, 1, or just the whites, 2!?

Look in any average recipe for non-diabetics and see what the egg to flour ratio is, and then go with the real egg(s) or parts thereof!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you sure it's 1 cup!? My son is allergic to eggs and for one egg we use 1tsp powder(substitute called 'no egg' made by orgran) to 2tbsp water!. Things don't turn o ut too bad and you get used to it!. I suggest looking up ORGRAN on googleWww@FoodAQ@Com
