Answers:
These are yum!

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 potato, sliced paper thin (peel optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Pour the vegetable oil into a plastic bag (a produce bag works well)!. Add the potato slices, and shake to coat!.
Coat a large dinner plate lightly with oil or cooking spray!. Arrange potato slices in a single layer on the dish!.
Cook in the microwave for 3 to 5 minutes, or until lightly browned (if not browned, they will not become crisp)!. Times will vary depending on the power of your microwave!. Remove chips from plate, and toss with salt (or other seasonings)!. Let cool!. Repeat process with the remaining potato slices!. You will not need to keep oiling the plate!. serves 4!.

I usually wash the potatoes, then prick them with a fork a few times and put them in the microwave on high setting for a few minutes!.
I check on them every three or four minutes to see if they are soft!.
One does not want to burn them or cook them until they are hard again!.!.!.!.
Now once soft, I remove them and cut a cross in them to have four quarters, but do not cut them all the way through!.!.!.
Having scored them in a cross shape, I squeeze them one by one using two fingers on each hand so that they pop out!.
The inner potato pops out and looks quite appealing, topped with a knife point of butter, a pinch of parsley and sme salt/pepper, they are always a welcome treat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hello,

Well it depends on what kinds of potatoes you have!. For instance, if you have baked potatoes, I would make a cheesy potato dish!. I would cook them up first, peel them, mash them, then add a cup of sour cream, mix it in, add a little butter, mix that in, and then add shredded cheese, mix all up and eat! It's YUMMY! You could also add a few vegetables if you have some!. Corn, peas and green beans are always good for this dish!. If you have mashed potatoes, well, that's kind of a hard one to cook in the microwave, so I don't know for that!. Sorry!. This is a good dish what I have described!. It may not sound like it, but it is!. If you want to add vegetables, just add those to the finished dish after you heat them up separately! Thanks and enjoy! Hey, just came to me, if you have a can of chili, you could add that in your dish instead of the vegetables, and that is yummy as well! So just add the chili along with the sour cream and cheese, and minus the vegetables if want to go this way! YUM!Www@FoodAQ@Com
