Answers:
I do mine one of two ways!. "Chop Suey" or what passes for that in my mother's house!. I add chopped acrrots, celery and onion and about 2 cups of chicken broth !. Put it on high for 4 hours!. Add a can of bean sprouts and then season to taste with soy sauce!. (I also add about 1 Tablespoon of sesame seed oil and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, but don't tell my mother!)

The other way I make turkey legs is to turkey soup!. I just substitute the turkey for chicken in my chicken soup recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

TURKEY DRUMSTICKS IN A BAG
About 4 lbs!. turkey drumsticks
3 tbsp!. flour
Sprinkle flour in large cooking bag (14 x 20 inches)!. Place turkey in bag and shake bag to coat!. Place in baking pan!. Mix the following ingredients and pour mixture over turkey: 1/2 c!. catsup 1 tsp!. dried oregano 1/2 tsp!. paprika 1/2 c!. chicken broth 1/2 c!. dry white wine
Before baking, close and fasten bag tightly -- cut 3 slits in top of bag!. Bake until turkey is tender and no longer pink, about 1 1/2 hours!.
IN MICROWAVE: Using about 2 1/2 pounds of meat and half the recipe, I bake 30 minutes on one side and then about 16 on the other on 1/2 power!.

I would suggest 6 hours on low, and use a can of each Mushroom in butter sauce and water!.
Serve with mashed potatoes and broccoli!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
