can someone give me ideas of healthy lunches!?, also some creative sandwhich ideas!. It will need to be low cal!.

I love to make whole wheat wraps!. I fill them with lots of veggies!. My favorites are turkey with guacamole!. Grilled veggie (usually eggplant, zucchini, roasted red peppers, fennel, and red onion!. I use cream cheese or mashed avocado instead of mayo!. I also love pesto and chicken breast!.
Couscous and cracked wheat salads are also a healthy flavorful dish!. I add tomatoes, lemon, parsley, mint, toasted pine nuts, and whatever veggies I have around the house!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My Kids are 10 and 8, and they both love cheese and kabana on toothpicks which are great!.!.!. try a healthy meat and salad wrap!.!.!. Traffic lights ( strips of carrot,celery, and red Capcium with a dip)!.!. Tinned Tuna with some pasta Grate some vegies plus cheese into the pasta, as well as a nice mayo!.!.!.
