There are several cheap things!. I have a few recipes for you!.

Cheap Chicken Alfredo - Cook noodles, drain, add mushrooms, sauce and chicken!. Heat for a few seconds/minutes until all is heated!.!.Serve
(I sprinkle lemon pepper and dill seasoning over mine)
Roman Noodles
Ragu- Alfredo sauce
1 small can mushrooms
1 already cooked grilled chicken

BBQ Beef Sandwhich's
-Take one lb hamburger meat - split in half, (save other half of pkg for later) and 1 Bottle BBQ sauce - cook meat, add BBQ, put on bun!.

Then with the other half of your meat, In bowl mix meat, salt, pepper, 1 egg, and 1 piece of bread cut into little chunks!.!.mix with hands, place in baking pan - deep (making a meatloaf) Bake on 350 for 20 mins, add ketchup over top and bake for another 15 mins!. make a salad for a side!.

Just when you buy a package of meat, use only half!. If it is just you!.
also, buy sides that can be used the next day!. Like Rice, Instant Mashed potato's etc!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

This one is really easy to make and VERY delicious:

Fettuccini Carbonara

5 teaspoons olive oil
4 shallots, diced
1 large onion, cut into thin strips
1 pound bacon, cut into strips
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (16 ounce) package fettuccini pasta
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in a large heavy saucepan over medium heat!. Saute shallots until softened!. Stir in onion and bacon, and cook until bacon is evenly browned!. Stir in garlic when bacon is about half done!. Remove from heat!.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil!. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente!. Drain pasta, then return it to the pot!.
In a medium bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cream, and shredded Parmesan!. Pour the bacon mixture over the pasta, then stir in the cream mixture!. Season with salt and pepper!.

Capri Salads

Ingredients for 4:
4 very large tomatoes
200g / 7oz mozzarella cheese
16 black olives (de-stoned/pitted)
12 fresh basil leaves (8 left whole, 4 finely chopped)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to season
fresh basil leaves to garnish

Directions:
1) Cut the tomatoes into thin slices with a v!. sharp knife!.
2) Drain the mozzarella, if necessary, and cut into thin slices!.
3) Slice olives into rings!.
4) Alternately layer the tomato slices, mozzarella, olive rings and basil leaves in a stack, finishing with a layer of mozzarella on top!.
5) Place each stack under a preheated hot grill for 2-3 minutes, or just long enough to melt the mozzarella!.
6) Drizzle the balsamic and olive oil over each stack, season with salt and pepper!.
7) Transfer onto 4 serving plates and garnish with the chopped basil leaves!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

3!. cheap bag of chicken legs and thighs and can of mushroom soup
- season and brown chicken, add water to soup and pour soup top of chicken and bake until chicken is fully cooked!. serve with rice!.

4!. can of whole tomatoes, pack of cheap bacon, spaghetti noodles
- cut up and cook whole pack of bacon!. crush whole tomatoes and add tomatoes and liquid in can to bacon and cook until thick!. season with oregano, and toss in noodles

5!. Campbell’s Chunky Soup

6!. sweet ham and rice (Hawaiian thing)
- lightly oil pan and pan fry ham and then sprinkle white sugar on ham and cook until light brown syrup forms, serve with rice

7!. ground beef, onion omelet (with ketchup) and rice (Spanish thing)

8!. shrimp ramen, cheap white fish, bak choi, soy sauce (or lemon) (Asian thing)

9!. cheap tortelli, cheap bacon, milk, parmesan
- boil tortelli, cook bacon, mix together, add alittle milk and parmesan, cook until thick!.

10!. garden salad and chicken

11!. can of Campbell's Mexican Tortilla soup and Vegetable soup, chicken and rice (cheap Paella)
- mix both cans of soup, season, mix in rice and chicken

12!. hamburger steak and rice (serve with grill onions and/or sliced tomatoes)

!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. all of these meals should be way under $3 per meal!. some actually come out to $1 per meal!. the best thing to do is to cook serveral big meals one day and just heat it up in the microwave when you need it!. 1,3, 4, 9, and 11 can be cooked and reheated later!. the rest are pretty fast and easy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mexican food!.


1!. Tacos take no time to make!.

2!. Nachos are easy too!. It's the same as tacos, but all you're using is tortilla chips and adding beans to the equation!.

3!. Mexican rice!. Just use 5 minute rice add a little bit of tomato sauce, mostly for color and some diced tomatoes and bouillon cubes (chicken flavor)!. Mix and there you go!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

One dish I like to make that is fast and filling is this!. Get a can of hash-fry it in a pan!. I like mine a bit on the crispy side!. Add 3-4 eggs!. Cook until no longer wet/shiny!. Have some fruit also, maybe applesauce!. Yum!! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cook some pasta noodles you have at home and then put Cheddar cheese on it and melt it in the microwave!
its a yummy homemade mac and cheese!

Lentils pulses, rice,pasta,vegies, forget the meat, it's too expensive!.Some vegetarian dishes are yummy and filling, and very good for you!.Look for specials, and buy home brand stuff!. I do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
