Open the fridge door and study the contents, look at each item and decide, will it keep going for another week or has its time come today!. Gather all the slightly suspect items and heave them into a large saucepan remembering to discard all paper and plastic wrappings etc!. Allow to stew for an hour and add a dessert spoonful of oyster sauce, half a jar of pesto, and a generous handful of chopped chillies!. Eat and enjoy but a word of warning, DO NOT USE a plastic spoon as it will melt!. If the children groan about the taste, squirt a goodly amount of tomato sauce over the resultant mess of slop and they will gobble it up with relish!. (I slipped a pun in there)Www@FoodAQ@Com
