Question: I want to make carrot cake!?
BOnjour!. :] So I love cooking, and I want to bake a carrot Cake!. THis is what I have: A bag and a half about of baby carrots, eggs, butter, I have half a thing of cream cheese about, vanilla, sugar, flour, ect!. So any simple ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

My family always make this kind of carrot cake and it tastes amazinggg!. i'm pretty sure it's not too difficult!.
2cups sugar
2tsp!. baking soda
2tsp!. cinnamon
4eggs
2cups flour
1tsp salt
1cup vegetable oil
3cups grated carrots(you can grate them in a cheese grater, its not very difficult a little time consuming though)
Sift and mix dry ingredients!. Combine oil and eggs!. add wet ingredients to dry!. beating well!. add carrots pour into a 13x9 pan or two 10" round cake tins) and bake @ 350 degrees for 35 minutes!. cool before frosting

Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
1 lb box confectioners sugar
1tsp vanilla
1stick butter
1cup chopped nuts, optional
mix frosting ingredients beating well after all dry ingredents are moistered!. spread on cooled cake

14K KARROT KAKE

INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 cup grated carrots
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup flaked coconut


DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.Grease and flour three 9 inch pans!.
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda , salt and cinnamon!. Add the sugar, oil and eggs, mix well for 1 minute!. finally, stir in the carrots, pineapple, walnuts and coconut!. divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans!.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean!. cool in pans for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely!. When cool, frost with your favorite cream cheese icing!.
