Question: What different type of oil can I use in this recipe!?

Like people have said, you can substitute canola or corn oil for the vegetable oil just don't use olive oil because it has its own distinct taste that will affect the taste of the finished product!. Enjoy your carrot cake - the recipe looks like it should taste great!.
