What are some good uses for KLIM whole powdered milk in cooking!?

Ingredients: Whole Milk, Lecithin, Vitamin A Acetate, Vitamin D3!.
Instant Klim is high quality pure cow's milk from which only water has been removed!. The milk is homogenized and pasteurized, and has added vitamins A and D!. It is convenient, easy to prepare and dissolves quickly!.
You will find a little different taste then regular milk, but it 's very good for adults that can not carry 10 galon of milk in a month, from the supermarket to home!. Good for camping, country crisis, etc!.
IT'S VERY GOOD FOR COOKING
BECHAMEL SAUCE
Ingredients
60g butter, chopped
1/3 cup plain flour
4 1/2 cups diluid klim milk
75g parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/4 teaspoon salt
good pinch ground nutmeg
Method
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until foaming!. Add flour!. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbling!. Remove from heat!. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly, until mixture is smooth!. Return to heat!. Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, for 10 to 12 minutes or until sauce comes to the boil, thickens and coats the back of a wooden spoon!. Remove from heat!. Stir in parmesan, salt and nutmeg!.
***This sauce is very good for vegetables, lasagnas, over grill fish or chicken breast, italian caneloni, spagetti, ect!.
