Answers:
Pasta dishes are good, cheap, and make alot of food!. The cheaper meats are chicken or ground beef!. Rice and pastas are good sides, and canned vegetables are pretty cheap too!. It really depends on your personal preference as to what you should actually make!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My favorite is a very simple pasta dish, and it costs about 10 dollars to make the whole thing:

1 box of bow tie pasta
1 medium can of diced tomatoes (mostly drained)
1 package bulk ground mild or sweet Italian sausage
1 of the small containers of heavy cream
Italian seasoning, Garlic, Freshly ground black pepper
Fresh Basil

Cook the bow ties til they're al dente, In a large wok or skillet brown the sausage, drain it, and then add the tomatoes!. Mix in the pasta!. Add the cream and Italian spices and toss to coat the pasta, sprinkle some torn fresh basil on top!. Serve with garlic texas toast and a green salad :)

It's cheap, super easy, and tastes like you spent a ton!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Spaghetti with meat sauce (brown some burger, drain, and add bottled sauce), garlic bread & salad!.

Chicken fajitas--sautee chicken breast strips in oil & taco seasoning, add pepper & onion strips toward the end!. Serve on soft tortillas with cheese and sour cream!.

Make a box of mac & cheese, then stir in burger that you browned with onions and drained
OR some chopped ham and cooked broccoli!.

Cook your favorite pasta & drain, stir in spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, black olives, pepperoni, and mozzarella (or any combo of the above)!. Pour in a casserole & bake til melty & bubbly!.

Or grilled ham & cheese sandwiches with some soup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Salmon!. Balls or Patties
By Dune!. 25/2/08
You can use either leftover cooked salmon or canned salmon for this recipe!. Mix salmon with leftover or instant mashed potatoes, you want the potatoes firm!. You can add an egg if you like!. Roll the patties into a ball then roll the ball in a flour/seasoning mix!. Have your oil hot, put the ball in the oil then carefully flatten with your hand!. Flip once and serve!.

I would have with fries, green peas and sliced carrot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
