I like the idea of spaghetti bolognaise but if you eat it a lot, maybe something different!? What about minestone soup!?

4 bacon rashers (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
3 potatoes (diced smallish)
1 medium zucchini (diced)
1 medium carrot (peeled and diced)
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
1 can canellini beans (drained and rinsed)
handful of green beans cut into 3rds
1ltr beef or veg stock
1 cup water
1 cup small pasta spirals
2 cans diced tomato
ground black pepper

Fry off onion, bacon and garlic in a large pot!. Add potatoes and carrot followed by the canned tomatoes and the stock!. Bring to the boil and add the cup of water, canned beans, green beans, zucchini!. Stir well and add the pasta!. Turn down to a simmer and serve when the pasta is cooked!. Add black pepper to taste!. Salt is optional but go easy as the bacon and stock usually make this soup salty enough!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
