Question: I need some recipes!!?
i would like to make home made cookies!.!.!.any kind, but mostly chocolate chip or oatmeal chocolate chip!.!.!.and cinnamon rolls! any other simple foods or deserts as well!. thank you!Www@FoodAQ@Com

HERSHEY'S Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1-2/3 cups HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips, HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, HERSHEY'S Mini Chips Semi-Sweet Chocolate or HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Chips
Directions:
1!. Heat oven to 350°F!. Line 12-inch metal pizza pan with foil!.

2!. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in medium bowl until fluffy; add egg, beating well!. Stir together flour and baking soda; stir into mixture with chocolate chips!. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan, spreading to 1-inch from edge!.

3!. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly brown and set!. Cool completely; carefully lift cookie from pan and remove foil!. Decorate as desired; cut into wedges to serve!. 8 to 10 servings!.

VARIATION: "PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" GIANT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE: Stir in 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa or HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa with flour mixture!.







GIANT SNICKERDOODLES

1 c!. butter, softened
1 1/2 c!. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c!. all-purpose flour
2 tsp!. cream of tartar
1 tsp!. baking soda
1/4 tsp!. salt
2 tbsp!. granulated sugar
2 tsp!. ground cinnamon

In a large mixing bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, cream butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs until light and fluffy!.
In another bowl combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt!. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture; blend well!. Refrigerate dough 30 minutes!.

In a shallow dish combine 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon!. Shape dough into 2-inch balls and roll balls in sugar-cinnamon mixture!. Place balls 3 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet (between 6-9 cookies on a sheet)!. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes!. Transfer to wire racks to cool!.

OATMEAL RAISIN DROPS
2 1/2 DOZ COOKIES

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup oats
1 1/4 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 375
Cream together, sugars, eggs, and vanilla
Stir in flour, salt, baking soda, and oats
Mix well
Stir in the raisins
Drop by tablespoons on a lightly greased cookie sheet
Bake for 10 min
Remove to cool







MONKEY BREAD

4 cans refrigerator biscuits (about 40)
1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup pecans, raisins and/or coconut, if desired

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces!. Pour sugar and cinnamon into a plastic bag and mix!.
Add biscuit pieces, several at a time; shake to coat well!.

Place pieces in a buttered tube or Bundt pan until all are used!.

Sprinkle layers with nts, raisings or coconut!.

Bring brown sugar and butter to a boil in saucepan!. Cool 10 minutes, then pou over tp of biscuits!.

Bake at 350F for 45 minutes!. Allow to cool 15 minutes before removing from pan!. Turn upside down to serve







OREO PIZZA

30 OREO, divided
1 pkg fudgy brownie mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/3 cup m& m

Pre heat oven to 350
Put 22 cookies in bag and crush
Cut remaining cookies in to small pieces
Prepare brownie mix using oil, water, and eggs
Stir in crushed cookies

Pour into sprayed pizza pan
Bake 18- 20 min
Sprinkle top with marshmallows
Return to oven 1- 2 min
Remove pan from oven
Sprinkle cookie pieces and M&M over top

I like to melt a small amount of chcoclate and or vanilla frosting in the microwave!.
Take a fork and drizzle the frostings over the top the of the pizza

Beef & Rice:- Curry
500g!. Flank steak!. (trimmed of excess fat)
Low fat cooking spray!.
?C!. Green onions!. (chopped)
1!. Clove garlic!. (minced)
2T!. Curry powder!. (to taste)
?t!. Salt
?t!. Turmeric
2!. Tomatoes!. (medium, chopped)
2C!. Rice (or pasta)
1!. Wash and cook rice according to package instructions!.
2!. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices!.
3!. Spray a large fry pan with low fat cooking spray and heat to medium-high heat!.
Add green onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes then add curry powder, salt, turmeric and sauté for 1 minute!.
4!. Add steak and sauté for 6-7 minutes or until done!.
5!. Stir in tomatoes and reduce heat to low!.
6!. Cook for 3 minutes until heated through and serve over cooked rice or pasta!.
Serves 4!.


Cake:- Fruit
225 Gram Sugar (8 oz)
225 ml Milk (8 fl oz)
175 Gram Butter (6 oz)
225 Gram Dried fruit, your choice (8 oz)
400 Gram Self raising flour (14 oz)
Method
Put the first 4 ingredients in a pan, bring to the boil and mix together, let the mixture cool slightly then add flour and mix thoroughly!.
Grease and line a 900g (2 lb) loaf tin, pour in mixture and bake for 1 hour at 160 °C / 325 °F / Gas 3!. Leave to cool, remove from tin and slice!.

Chocolate Chippies!.
1 cup of butter
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/4 cups plain white flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups chocolate chips*
1!. Preheat the oven to 180°C!. Grease an oven tray!.
2!. Cream the butter , white and brown sugar until light and fluffy!. Add the eggs into the mix one at a time, and then stir in vanilla!. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt, then stir into creamed mixture!.
3!. Fold in the chocolate chips!. Place rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared baking tray!.
4!. Bake until light brown, approximately 8 to 10 minutes!. Let sit for 5 minutes and then transfer to rack to cool!.
* Try adding chopped macadamia and white chocolate chips for a more gourmet biscuit!.
