On the licenses it would depend on where you lived!. Most places won't license you if you have any animals in the house!. If you call your local health department probably under the County listings you can probably find out what you need to do to prepare for a licensing inspection from them!.

Packaging cookies!. Well, they need to be packed quite tightly into a box or can!. Preferably a can as it will keep them fresher, however, maybe you could utilize those new plastic sealable containers they sell in the grocery store and most dollar stores that are reuseable or disposable!. They are not very expensive!.

Then they need to go in another box that is padded with styrofoam peanuts or crumpled paper so they don't get jiggled apart (that is why they should be packed in the can tightly, too)!.

How to sell them - well you are at the right time of year where people are buying cookies for the holidays!.!. so that is good!.

I might try to EBay but realistically you might get a retail store that doesn't sell cookies to let you set up in their parking lot or pick a empty corner lot on a busy intersection and set up a table with a plate of samples, signs saying what you are selling and how much, and sit out there during lunch like 11-1 or evenings - 4-6 or 7 pm!.

You could also get biz cards made on ebay for 39!.99/1000 and pass them out to everyone you meet!. Tell all your friends and relatives what you are doing and ask them to pass the word or biz cards out for you too!. Then you could take orders!.

You go around to offices and take a plate of samples and try to sell there too!.

That is about all I can think of!

Good luck!
