Hello Everyone! Just To Let You Know, Im Fasting Because Of Ramadan! Im Going To Eat Around 7:35pm today!. Anyways, I Have:
- whip cream(not lite)
- salted peanuts
- gogurt tubes (strawberry & cotton-candy flavored)
- Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
- Pb & J (the pb&j is mixed 2gether in one jar)
- Go! Lean Crunch (cereal)
- A Little Plain Honey Bunches Of Oats(cereal)
- Maple Syrup
- Lemonade(11% lemon juice)
- Hawiian Punch(orange ocean)
- Hawiian Punch(lemonade) (different)
- 1 bag frozen fruit, it has: frozen peaches, red grapes, pineapple, & strawberries
- Another Frozen Bag Of Fruits, it has: raspberries & blackberries
- Splenda
- Chocolate Chip Morsels
- 100 calorie Southbeach Oatmeal & Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Skim Milk
- 2 Fresh normal-sized Oranges
- Ice Cubes & Crushed Ice

mmmmmmmmmmm Creamy Peach smoothies sound good!. Here's what I would do!.

One cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
A splash or two of skim milk
Two or three frozen peach slices

(oooo a thought also could add frozen strawberry or two)

blend together!. If it is too thin, add more yogurt!. If it's too thick, add more milk!.

ive used the raspberrys/strawberrys with lemonade and plain yougart!.!.!.!.then if you wana cheat a lil bit!.!.!.toss in some morsels and top with some whipcreamWww@FoodAQ@Com
