I bought some trout for tomorrow's dinner. How should I cook it please?!

Question: I bought some trout for tomorrow's dinner!. How should I cook it please!?
Answers:
I usually Grill it, Drizzle some Olive Oil on it and Lay the Fish down on the scale Side First and Cook for say 5-7 Minutes, then Flip over and do the Other side the Flesh Side for another 5-7 Minutes whichever the amount of Cooking you Like!. Put the Fish on serving Plate and Sprinkle Cracked Pepper and then Lemon on it!. If you have Fennel Seeds, after you Grill the Scale side and turn over to do Flesh Side Sprinkle Fennel Seeds on it and Cook the Fish!. The Fennel has a Beautiful Aniseed Liquorice Taste!.

You can Fry the Fish for 5-7 Minutes on either Side, but I prefer to Grill it!.

You can get a Fish Steamer, it is a Long Container with a Raised Tray in the inside and you put Water in the Bottom then Rest the Fish on the Tray and Cook for 7-Ten Minutes!. You can put White Wine instead of Water in the Tray!. Fish Steamers can be12 Inches or Twenty Inches for big Fish like Salmon!.

You could Boil the Fish as well, but I prefer to Grill it or use a Fish Steamer!.Bon Appetit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If each fish is small enough for one person (Imagine it without head and tail) get some slivered almonds and roll each fish in the almonds, and fry fairly gently in a little olive oil!. It won't take long!.
If it is bigger, cut the fillets off the bones, after cutting off the head and tail ( small sharp knife needed, with sharp point) and lay the fillets on an ovenproof plate, with a dash of lime and a lump of butter, then turn another plate over the top and microwave for a couple of minutes, until the flesh has all gone opaque-looking!.
In each case, do not overcook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have a grill, grill it!. You can either put it in foil with a little olive oil and some fresh dill, onions and maybe a little garlic!. Wrap and grill (or bake) for about 20 minutes at 350F depending on the thickness and whether or not its whole!. Serve with rice and a nice salad and a white riesling wine!. Maybe some crusty bread too!. You could grill it directly over charcoal and brush it with a little butter with some herbs (dill, basil, garlic)!. Serve with the same sides I suggested!. Oven toasted almond slivers or pecan pieces can add a nice taste and texture regardless - sprinkle these on just before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like to take my trout and stuff it with a little home-made stuffing or Stove-top stuffing (made up)!. Wrap the fish in foil and bake it in the oven!. Very good!. Be sure not to overbake it!. Just do about 20-30 minutes at 400o depending on the size of your fish!. Or, you can fillet it (if it's not already filleted) dip it in some milk and then in a mixture of flour and cornmeal!. Place in a skillet in a little butter and oil and brown on both sides!. It will be done once it's browned!.
