What can I replace margarine with when making bread?!

Question: What can I replace margarine with when making bread!?
I would like to make non dairy bread without margarineWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
best is canola oil, peanut oil -- if the bread is savory, you can go for olive oil but know that the fragrance will be in the breadWww@FoodAQ@Com

I don't quite see what the problem is!. I can say that I've seen lots of challah recipes that substitute canola or soybean oil for butter or margarine (or, strictly speaking, I should say the other way around, given how some authorities frown on dairy in Jewish bread), but there's plenty of recipes that just use flour, water, yeast, and salt!. Go look up some recipes for baguettes, ciabatta, and the like -- plenty of great breads with very little or no fat!.

You can use olive oil as well -- gives your bread a bit of a Greek accent!. It's quite tasty!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

soy unsalted butter/margarine!. honestly, anything immitation/soy does the job!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
