Answers:
You could combine the broccoli, garlic, salt, pepper, chicken in a pan, cover it with cream of broccoli or cream chicken soup!.!.!.!.if you don't have any soups!.!.!.!.fill the pan with water!.!.!.just a little bit where it's covering the bottom!. Bake it at 375, for about 40 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender, and chicken is done!.!.!.then take it out put a bunch of shredded cheese on top, bake it for 10-15 mins!. more!.!.!.it's really good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mixed Vegetable Casserole

1 (16-oz) pkg!. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (14-oz) pkg!. frozen Fordhook lima beans
1 small can whole kernel corn (size adjusted to your tastes -I usually add more because we like more)
1 small onion, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
(a little butter or olive oil to saute’ onion and celery)
2 cans Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese soup (I sometimes only use 1 1/2 cans)
? cup mayonnaise (NOT Miracle Whip!)
1 to 1? sleeves Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350oF!. Combine frozen mixed vegetables, fordhook lima beans, and corn in a medium saucepan – season as you normally would – and cook until vegetables are done!. Meanwhile, saute’ chopped onion and celery in a little butter until soft!.

Drain vegetables and place in a large bowl!. Add saute’ed onions and celery!. Add the 2 cans of Cheddar Cheese soup and stir to mix!. Add mayonnaise and stir to combine!. (I usually just eyeball the mayonnaise – the original recipe called for 1 cup of mayonnaise, which in my opinion is just way too mayonnaisy!!!)!. Place in a greased 9-x13-inch baking dish!.

Crush Ritz Crackers and mix with 1 stick melted butter!. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly and hot throughout!.

not sure if you have the correct ingredients, but broccoli and cheese casserole is good

steam the broccoli, drain and put into a casserole dish, you can either use cheddar cheese soup (campbells), or make your own cheese sauce from a bachamel!.!. pour over the broccoli, top with crumbled ritz or saltine crackers, then drizzle with melted butter, bake for 25-30 mins at 375!.!.!.

some people add rice to stretch it further, but i prefer not toWww@FoodAQ@Com

I would stir fry garlic celery and onion and the brocoli, then add rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
