Healthy meal recipes under 300 calories or snacks under 100?!
I'm trying to get a flat stomach!? The only problem is!.!.!.I'm a fan of fruits nor veggies!. Are there any recipes that make fruits and veggies seem delish!?!?!? I know I also lack protein and iron so anything that has allot or even a little of that is good!. I have never tried Kabobs but it sounds like it may be good!? Any of those recipes!. Here's a few foods I like if anyone can give me healthy versions of those or things that people who like this also like :P:

6 servings (serving size: 1 patty and 2 tablespoons sauce)
Ingredients
* 3/4 pound ground turkey breast
* 3/4 pound ground round
* 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
* 2 large egg whites
* Cooking spray
* 3/4 cup water
* 3 tablespoons tomato paste
* 2 tablespoons Madeira wine or dry sherry
* 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
* 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
* 1 (10 1/2-ounce) can condensed French onion soup (such as Campbell's)
Preparation
Combine first 4 ingredients!. Divide meat mixture into 6 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty!. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat!. Add patties; cook 6 minutes or until browned, turning after 3 minutes!. Remove patties from pan; keep warm!. Stir in water and remaining ingredients!. Bring to a boil; add patties!. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes!. Uncover and cook until wine mixture is reduced to 3/4 cup (about 10 minutes)!.

Dice: 1/2 cup of imitation crab meat, and/or 1/2 cup precooked salad shrimp, one roma tomato, 1/4 small white onion, 1 jalapeno (seeds removed), and 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro!. Squeeze juice of 1/4 to 1/2 lime wedge and add just a tiny dash of salt!.
Wrap in cabbage leaf or serve with Triscuits or tortilla chips!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you like Mexican, a black bean salsa salad is a great lo-cal way to get a lot of good nutrition!. Mix 1 1/2 C lettuce, 1 C spinach, 2/3 C black beans (rinsed and drained), 1/3 C salsa, 2 oz canned chicken breast, garlic, onion & any other veggies you like!. It's about 300-400 calories, depending on what you use!.
You can also try a curry rice!. Boil 1 C water and 2 T red curry powder, 1 t sea salt, and 1 T brown sugar!. Add 1 C instant rice and 2 oz cooked chicken chopped fine!. Garnish with sliced almonds!. Serve with steamed broccoli and fruit!.
A great chocolate treat under 100 calories - 1 large banana and about 15 chocolate chips!. Make slice in banana peel!. Poke chocolate chips into banana and microwave for 20 seconds!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
