Easy whole red snapper recipe?!

Question: Easy whole red snapper recipe!?
I want to make a whole red snapper but the recipes I am finding are too complicated for me!. Does anyone have a recipe that is easy and uses maybe one or two herbs!?

Oh yeah, I want to serve couscous with the snapper, does that sound like a good pairing!?
