Smoothie Question!!! Please Help! I Beg You! ;'(?!
Hello everyone!. Im fasting because of Ramadan & Im going to eat around 7:35pm today!. Anyways, after I finish eating dinner I Want To Have A HEALTHY dessert! I Wanna Make A Fruit & Dessert Smoothie! So, What Can I Do To Make That!? I Have:
- Frozen fruits: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, peaches, red grapes, pineapple, & mango
- Skim Milk
- 100 calorie SouthBeach Cookies(2 cookies = 100 calories)
- 1 small golden creme dessert(1 = 100 calories)
- Plain Honey Bunches Of Oats
- Salted Peanuts
- Hershy Snackster(1 pack = 100 calories; includes: coco puffs, chocolate chip cookies & semi-sweet & milk chocolate chips)

In a blender Place:
berries
1/2 cup yogurt
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1 cup skim milk
1 TABLESPOON frozen pink lemonade, (do not dilute this)
1/4 cup white grape peach juice
and mix!.
When finished mixing, spoon into a chilled glass, and decorate with
1 TBS of Honey bunches of Oats cereal!.

Pick what fruits you want to go in the smoothie, and if you have yogurt, pick your favourite yogurt to put in it!.
A cool thing to do with the milk chocolate chips is that if you melt them in a pot, you can just pour in the melted chocolate chips into the smoothie, then just blend it along with your other ingredients!.
Another good thing to do is add in the peanuts, because they can provide extra protein! (Make sure it's one tablespoon though)
Pour everything in the cup, and then take any extra fruit and place it on the top of your smoothie!. It will make it look like a fruity dessert :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I make a fruit smoothie I just use the essentials!. Sounds like you would be able to make a mixed berry one!. I love strawberry banana so I would use strawberries, banana, vanilla yogurt or strawberry banana yogurt, a little bit of milk and a little bit of ice!. I hope you don't plan to mix all those ingredients into 1 yucky
drink!. Experiment!. Try mixing the berries with skim milk and
maybe a few oats to thicken!. Sip and enjoy with 2 cookies!.
On the next occasion try pineapple and mango!.
