I have been wondering the same thing!. I would check with FedEx or UPS and see what kind of insulated container they have, and you would definitely need some kind of cooling packs or dry ice!. The temperature would have to stay below 42 degrees for the entire delivery process!.
I used to order fresh fish that was delivered overnight through UPS at a country club that I worked at, and all they did was wrap it well and pack it with a bunch of those jell freeze packs and put it in a styrofoam container!. It was always fresh and cold!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think most carriers would take it in liquid form and unless you can can it like they do commercial goods, I wouldn't recommend it!. Food safety issues and all that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just call them and check with them!.!.!.
