I would toss it and buy a new one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Gorilla glue will work!!! But you need to get the glue very thinly and evenly spread over one side of the crock, then put the 2 halves together and tie a stout cotton string around the top and bottom of the crock and use a heavy nail to tighten the strings so it forces the air out of the crack!.

I recommend that you just go get a new crock pot!. Sometimes you can find the crocks at garage sales, but not very often!. This is why there are so many of the cooking elements offered at yard and garage sales!.

You might go to the website of the maker and find out how much a replacement crock would be!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Everyone keeps saying throw it away but I am to practical to just throw something away that might have a shot at being fixed!. They make silicone glue and it works really good!. I used to on a broken fish tank over 3 years ago and it's still holding!. Go to a home improvement store and look for the silicone glue you might be able to find it for high temperatures!. Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

Chuck the crock if it's broken!. You may be able to find a replacement at a thrift store, Goodwill, or on ebay!. Otherwise, pitch the whole thing (or donate outer part that gets hot to a thrift store) and buy a new one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Call the manufactured to see if you could order that part!. I would not glue it together!. You can get a new one today at a decent price!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't glue it, it won't work!. If you can't find a replacement, try ebay, you'll have to toss it and buy a new one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I had the same thing happen to me, except mine broke into many pieces

I tossed it & bought a new one!.
