Question: What are some fast breakfast foods to make!?
I usually have oatmeal or cold cereal with milk!. Or sometimes a bagel!.
I have been getting tired of eating the same things for breakfast, and I was wondering what kinds of things everyone here has for breakfast that can be made relatively fast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lately I've become a real fan of toasted whole-grain bread spread lightly with peanut butter and topped with apple slices!. Add a side of plain yogurt and you're good to go!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

an omelette really takes only about 5-10 minutes, start to finish!. My trick is not to heat the pan higher than med-med/high until the butter melts, I use a generous amount of butter, 2-3 eggs!. I whisk the eggs w/just a splash of milk, then pour it in the pan!. If it seems too hot, I pick up the pan and lower the heat while I sort of gently swirl the eggs around, so they set, but don't stick!. When it seems to be cooking nicely, I push the edges back and when it's set pretty good, you can drop on whatever toppings you like, on one half (cheese, meat, veggies, whatever!.) then I flip from one side to the other, so it fold over like a book!. I cover it with a lid for about 1 min, flip it and cover it again and it's done!. it's very easy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are a lot of grab and go breakfast items on the market now!. Many are high in fiber and low in fat (special K bar, Fiber one bar) also if you do enjoy pancakes use wheat flour instead of white and it is healthier!. We also do scrambled egg and have it on an english muffin with a piece of cheese!. You can also scramble eggs and put on a wheat tortilla with some cheese and meat if you prefer!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

If not make homemade French toast with good quality white bread, then make a mixture with 2 eggs, about 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, and about a third of a cup of milk!. then dunk bread in mixed mixture and put on pan
Or just pancakes and waffles mixes!. If you don't have time make them on Sunday and put in fridge!. Take them out when hungry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
