One of my favorite seasonings is Herbs de Provence!. It's a blend of:
2 tablespoons dried savory
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
2 tablespoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried basil
2 tablespoons dried marjoram
2 tablespoons dried fennel seed
You can buy it already blended in the grocery store, or you can make your own!. It's fabulous on just about anything!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would use fresh herbs if you're going to go to the trouble!. Basil, oregano, rosemary!. Garlic!. The flavor will be much better than mixing up dried stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
