Stuffed Shells
INGREDIENTS
1 (12 ounce) package jumbo pasta shells
2 eggs, beaten
1 (32 ounce) container ricotta cheese
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
8 ounces grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (28 ounce) jar pasta sauce
16 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil!. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain!.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, ricotta, half the mozzarella, half the Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper until well combined!. Stuff cooked shells with ricotta mixture and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish!.
In a medium bowl, stir together pasta sauce, mushrooms and reserved mozzarella and Parmesan!. Pour over stuffed shells!.

5 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
Yield: 6 Servings
Directions:
Wash the mushrooms only if they are wild!. Otherwise, wipe over the mushrooms with a slightly moistened cloth!. Trim the stems and leave the mushrooms whole or, if large, slice them thickly!.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan!. Add the mushrooms and the garlic and cook over a high heat for about five minutes, until lightly browned!. Stir often and do not allow the garlic to burn!.
Add the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste!. Transfer to a warmed dish and sprinkle with parsley!. Serve hot or at room temperature!.
A rich and delicious side dish casserole for mushroom lovers, made with fresh mushrooms, sour cream, and cheese!.

Heat butter in a skillet over medium-low heat!. When butter is foamy, add mushrooms and cook until lightly browned, stirring constantly!.
Whisk together the sour cream, egg yolk, and salt and pepper; stir into the mushrooms!. Heat through, stirring!. Spoon mushroom mixture into a shallow baking dish; sprinkle with the chopped parsley and shredded cheese!. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted!.
Serves 4!.

you can make my mushroom rice
in a pot put in some olive oil and butter and sweat some onions!.add the mushroom and 1/2 cup of roasted cashewnuts and some raisins(lees than the cashew)!.after a few mins add the rice and stir until translucentt!.then add the water(same as the rice or you can use chicken stock or vege stock to add morflavorur) and just wait until it cook and enjoy
you can make mushroom soup
fry the mushroom in lotsa butter until soften!.!.!.season then add double cream!.stir for a few mins then pureed!.!.!.easy(this is the cheaters way,if you want a more detailedrecipei look it up)
or you an make mushroom and beefstir fryy!. then eat it with rice or stir in with pasta!.

i like to saute them in some butter or olive oil with some salt and pepper!. saute til browned and add some chopped italian parsley!. i then like to cook two eggs over easy and add them on top of my mushrooms!. the yolks make a fantastic sauce!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
