Besides smores and pie crusts, and eating them plain, what else can you make with graham crackers?!

Graham Cracker Brown Bread
1 cup plus 4 teaspoons graham cracker crumbs (divided use)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 large egg
1/3 cup dark molasses
1 cup fat-free buttermilk
1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!. Coat an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray; dust with 4 teaspoons crumbs!.
Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife!. Combine flour, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt in large bowl, stirring with a whisk!.
Place butter in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth (about 1 minute)!. Gradually add 1 cup graham crumbs!. Beat until well combined (about 2 minutes)!. Add egg, and beat 1 minute!. Add molasses, and beat until well combined!.
Beating at low speed, add flour mixture and buttermilk alternately to butter mixture, beginning and ending with flour mixture; beat just until blended!. Stir in raisins!. Pour batter into prepared pan!.
Bake for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean!. Cool in pan 15 minutes on a wire rack; remove from pan!. Cool completely on wire rack!.

2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided use
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!. Line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with nonstick foil!.
In a large bowl, whisk chocolate graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together until combined!. Set aside!.
In a smaller bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk, egg, and vanilla extract until combined and smooth!.
Using a wooden spoon, add milk mixture to graham cracker crumb mixture, stirring until combined!. Mixture will be thick!. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips, reserving remaining cup for frosting!. Pour into prepared pan and smooth evenly!.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean!. Spread remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips on top of hot brownies and cover loosely with foil!. Wait 5 minutes, remove foil, and spread melted chips evenly with a spatula to form frosting!. Let cool to room temperature and rest long enough to let frosting set!. Cut into bars to serve!.

1 container whipped cream
Layer graham crackers on bottom of a roasting pan!. Add a layer of chocolate pudding!. Continue layering until roasting pan is full to the top!. Let stand in refrigerator overnight!. Ready for dessert the next day!. Add whipped cream to each piece you cut!. Serves 10 people!.

break graham crackers along lines, then break in half again (to fit nicely underneath a regular marshmallow)!. melt semi-sweet chocolate chips!. take graham cracker, dip in melted chocolate, then dip a marshmallow into the melted chocolate and place on top of chocolate-dipped graham cracker so they stick together!. place on waxed paper and put in fridge to cool & set up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oh wow!.!. the best!.!. crumble them up and throw them on top of chocolate pudding! My mother used pour the pudding in a big shallow bowl and put the crumbled graham crackers on top!.!. holy memories and I am raging with PMS right now! Damn this question! lol
