Question: I am looking for easy chicken recipes!. !?
I am cooking dinner for 3 <my wife, my son, and myself> I have boneless skinless chicken breast <I'll cook 4> and basically all I know is how to cook it without killing us!. So if you have and easy, yet tasty recipe with detailed instructions, please let me have it!. And by detailed I mean step by step as if telling someone who has never cooked before!. put stove top stuffing on top of the chicken
mix 1 can of either - cr!. of chicken soup OR cr!. of mushroom soup with 1/2 can of milk and pour over the top,

1!. 1/4 cup lime juice
2!. 2 tablespoons canola oil
3!. 1 tablespoon white vinegar
4!. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
5!. 1/4 teaspoon salt
6!. 1 jalapeno, sliced
7!. 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat, tenders removed



1!. Whisk lime juice, oil, vinegar, cumin and salt in a small bowl!. Stir in jalapeno!. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish and pour the marinade over it, turning to coat both sides!. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, turning once, or overnight!.
2!. Preheat grill to high heat!. Oil the grill rack (see Tip)!. Grill the chicken until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle, 3 to 4 minutes per side!. Let cool slightly; thinly slice crosswise!. Serve warm or chilled!.

Creamy chicken enchiladas:

1 pound boneless chicken breasts diced into bite sized pieces
1 8oz package cream cheese cut into cubes
Flour or corn tortillas
1 can diced green chili peppers
ground cumin
1 or 2 can green enchilada sauce
Shredded cheese

Cook the chicken in a skillet and when the chicken is done add the cream cheese, it will melt!. As the cream cheese melts add the green chilis, and a couple of good dashes of cumin!. Continue to heat on low until the cream cheese has melted!.

Fill a tortilla with the chicken mix, roll and place in a baking dish, Continue until the chicken mix is gone!. Top with the enchilada sauce and sprinkle with cheese!. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 min or until the sauce is nice and hot and the cheese is golden and bubbly!.


Serve with boxed mexi-rice or spanish rice!. Or even a box of rice-a-roni chicken flavored or cheese broccoli!.

I love this recipe for chicken breast!.
Cut the chicken in 2 ' butterflied' so you will end up with 8 pieces
Season with ,salt,pepper and garlic powder,set aside!.
In a bowl add :
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely crushed almonds
salt,pepper,garlic powder,blend well together
In another bowl put 3 eggs lightly beaten
You need a heavy skillet to fry the breaded chicken
Put 1/4 cup olive oil and 2 tbsp butter
Medium heat
Dip chicken in egg and then in bread crumb mixture!.fry until golden!.
Place fried chicken in oven proof pan!.
In another skillet add 4 tabs!.oil and 1 tbsp!.butter
Saute 1 large onion sliced and 10 large mushrooms sliced, in medium heat for 4-5 min!.
Deglage with a little balsamic vinegar and pour on top of chicken,cover and put in hot oven at 350 for 15 min!.

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
5 tablespoons cornstarch, divided
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups peanut oil for frying
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
2 tablespoons chopped green onion for topping
2 cups cashew halves

DIRECTIONS
Cut the chicken breasts into 1 inch pieces!. In a shallow dish or bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda and 1 tablespoon of the cornstarch!. In another dish or bowl beat the eggs!. Dip chicken pieces into flour mixture, then eggs, then flour mixture again!. Heat peanut oil in a large skillet and deep fry coated chicken in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes!. Drain on paper towels!.
Meanwhile (while frying chicken), heat broth to boiling in a medium saucepan!. Add oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce and white pepper!. Mix remaining 4 tablespoons cornstarch with a small amount of cold water in a cup!. Stir cornstarch mixture slowly into broth mixture to thicken, then cook for another 5 minutes over medium-low heat!.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C)!. Heat cashew nuts and chopped green onions in preheated oven for about 5 minutes!. Pour sauce over fried chicken and top with cashews and green onion!. Serve with soy sauce to taste over a bed of fried rice, if desired!.

Chicken Chimichangas
Ingredients:
2/3 cup picante sauce
1 tsp!. ground cumin
? tsp!. dried oregano; crushed
1 ? cups cooked chicken; chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese; shredded
2 green onions; chopped
6 flour tortillas; 8 inches
2 Tb!. butter; melted

Directions:
1!. Mix picante sauce, cumin, oregano, chicken, cheese, and onions!.
2!. Place about 1/2 cup chicken mixture in center of each tortilla!.
3!. Fold opposite sides over filling!. Roll up from bottom and place seam-side down on baking sheet!. Brush with butter!.
4!. Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes or until golden!.
Garnish with additional cheese and green onion!. Serve with additional picante sauce!. Makes six chimichangas!.

Rosemary Chicken with Veggies

Ingredients:

* 1/2 c!. lemon juice
* 1 tbsp!. vegetable oil
* 1 garlic clove, crushed
* 1 teaspoon!. dried rosemary
* 1/4 teaspoon!. salt
* 1/4 teaspoon!. pepper
* 1 1/2 to 2 lbs!.boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preparation:
In a large food storage bag, place lemon juice, oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper!. Add chicken!. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours, turning bag occasionally!. Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour marinade over!. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until tender, basting occasionally with the marinade, if possible!. You may add frozen broccoli and carrots about 1 to 1 1/2 hours before done!.

this has got to be the easiest ever- and soo yummy-
honey garlic chicken

-boil your boneless skinless chicken breasts until done- or almost done- in a pot of water
-remove and drain
- cut chicken breasts into cubes/ bite size pieces and put into a pot
-add a generous amount of honey to cover and coat the pieces
-add some fresh crushed garlic or garlic powder
-stir and simmer for about 15 minutes or so to allow the flavours to blend
-all done-tender and tasty! serve with whatever else you are having

Nothing is easier than this recipe:

CHICKEN APRICOT

1 8-oz!. bottle Creamy Russian (or Catalina) salad dressing
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 10-oz!. jar apricot preserves
2-1/2 to 3 lb!. chicken parts
Combine dressing, soup mix & preserves!. Pour over chicken!. Cover and bake at 325 for 1-1/2 hours!.

Serve with a rice dish (try a package of Rice-a-Roni) and a big green salad (or steamed broccoli)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pound it or slice it till it is about a 1/2 inch thick!. Than roll it in mayo than in some spiced bread crumbs!. Could use the Italian kind or make your own with the spices you prefer!. Put on a baking sheet and cook at 425 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes!. Promise you will be wanting to make this dish over and over!. It is so so good!Www@FoodAQ@Com

grate some cheese and place on top!.
place bacon or ham on top of the cheese and cook for how long the chicken takes!.

honey baked mustard chicken

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon paprika

I will give u a few recipes and tell I will tell it to you like I told my husband!!

A) BBQ chicken and baked potato

Chicken:
1) In a shallow clear baking dish, pour a small amt of Oil to coat the bottom
2) place the skinless breast in the pan!. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper on one side!.
3) Pour some BBQ sauce over the top of the chicken breast!. Make sure the chicken breast is completely covered with the sauce!. There is nothing wrong if the BBQ sauce leaks in the pan!.
4) Put about small teaspoon of butter ontop of each chicken breast!.
5) Put a little water in the pan!.

Put in Oven at 350 degrees celcius for about 25 mins untill cooked!. To know, cut one chicken breast in the middle and check to see if its pink or looks cooked!.

BAKED POTATOES:
1) Take 3 potatoes and scrub in under water to get anything off the skin
2) Take a fork and poke it all over the potatoes
3) Put a paper napkin in the microwave
4) Place potatoe on napkin and cook for 8 mins
5) Turn potatoes then cook for another 8 mins
6) take fork and stick potato - if its soft then its done! if not put in for another 5 mins!.
7) put potatoes on plate, cut potatoes in half!.
8) Sprinkle salt and black pepper, put some butter over top and some garlic powder!.

Meal is done!. Maybe add some brocolli or green peas or corn on the cob as a veg side!.

B) PARM CHICKEN AND SPAGETTI
Put spaghetti to boil!. See instructions on package!.

1) Place some Oil in frying pan about 1/4 inch deep in oil
2) Put some italian breadcrumbs on a plate!. (you can get this at supermarket)
3) Take each chicken breast and coat both sides in breadcrumbs!.
4) Place chicken in frying pan and cook both sides about 8 mins a side!.
5) Make sure heat is at medium heat!.
6) Once chicken has cooked on both sides, pour some pasta sauce (anyone one of your fav) over the top of the chicken and in the sides of pan!.
7) Place some grated cheese (as much as u want) over each chicken breast and sauce!.
8) Cover and turn heat to low!. Let simmer for about 5-8 mins!.
DO NOT let the chicken burn!.!.!.just add a little water if it looks like it is burning!.
