I am looking for a fluffy and billowy cupcake frosting.....?!
I want some perfect looking cupcakes (the kind you find at a cupcakery) with the billowing tiers of frosting!. I found one that is a marshmallow based chocolate frosting but am looking for one that I can frost either a carrot or spice cupcake!. Any suggestions!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Seven Minute Frosting
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup water
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1!. In top of double boiler with mixer at high speed, beat all ingredients about one minute!.
2!. Place over rapidly boiling water; beat at high speed until the mixture forms soft peaks!. (This may take longer than 7 minutes)!.
3!. Pour into large bowl; beat until the mixture is thick enough to spread!.
Or this Cream Cheese Frosting, especially for Carrot Cake
Cream Cheese Frosting for Carrot Cake
11 ounces cream cheese, softened
? cup butter, softened
16 ounces powdered sugar
1 ? teaspoons vanilla
Beat first two ingredients at medium speed until smooth!. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating at low speed until light and fluffy!. Stir in vanilla!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
