Garlic Hot Wings
3-4 fresh crushed garlic cloves
1/2 stick butter
4 tbsp!. olive oil
6 oz!. hot sauce
18 or more med!. to lg!. chicken wings
Heat butter in small saucepan!. Add olive oil and garlic!. Simmer!. Heat large pan of vegetable oil (2 to 3 inches)!. Cut chicken wings into 3 sections, discard wing tips!. Add hot sauce to small pan, keep warm!. Deep fry wings until desired shade of brown!. Remove, drain on paper towels and place in medium bowl!. Cover with sauce!. Enjoy with cold beer!.

1/2 c!. Louisiana hot sauce
20-25 chicken wing pieces
Cut apart and clean chicken wings (may be used frozen)!. Mix Italian dressing and hot sauce!. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil!. Spread chicken wings in a single layer on cookie sheet!. Pour dressing - hot sauce mixture over wings!. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees!. Bake last 15 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden brown!.
Note: To reduce degree of hot flavor adjust hot sauce amount to 1/4 cup and increase dressing to 3/4 cup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1/4 Lb!. Margarine (do not use butter!)
8 Oz!. "Frank's" Hot Sauce (also labeled as
Durkee Hot Sauce!. NO SUBSTITUTIONS!!!)
Oil for frying
1!. Melt margarine in sauce pan until barely liquid!.
Add hot sauce, mix, and put aside!.
2!. Deep fry wings until brown and crispy!. Remove
and drain on paper towels!.
3!. Put wings in a large bowl that has a cover!. Pour
sauce over all, cover, and shake to coat the wings!.
Serve with celery sticks and Kraft Roka Blue Cheese
Dressing!.
Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your desire!.
They are really yummy!. I also live near a place that has atomic wing sauce, they literally make you sign a waver, but my mom duplicates their sauce by adding lots of cayenne pepper, white pepper, and crushed and blended jalepeno peppers!. Just keep adding hot stuff until it gets to your liking, and have the milk ready to rinse it down :)

Chicken wings - washed, dried!. Let sit on multiple layers of paper towel overnight covered in the fridge!. This makes sure they are really dry before you fry them!.
Mix a 1/2 cup of melted butter with a 1/2 cup of louisiana hot sauce in a saucepan!. Just keep it warm, don't boil or simmer!.
Deep fry those dry wings in oil about 350 - 375 degrees!. Don't put all the wing in at the same time, it will cool your oil too fast!. Cook a few at a time!. Let them get lightly brown and take them out, drain briefly on paper towel and dip them right into that hot butter/hot sauce mix!.

Are you familiar with Buffalo Wild wings Restaurant!? if so, just go there and buy a bottle of the Spicy Garlic or any sauce u may like!. Grab your wings, rinse them and pat them dry pour the sauce over them, make sure u cover each wing and bake until golden brown/crispy!. Delicious!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put chicken in a ziploc bag!. Pour a bottle of Franks Red Hot or Tabasco sauce over the chicken and seal!. Put in fridge, turn achicken over a few times and let marinade for at least an hour!.
Grill chicken!. Sprinkle Hidden Valley Ranch dry salad dressing mix on chicken while grilling!.
Serve with plenty of ice cold beverages!.
