I need a recipe for meatloaf!?!
I'm making dinner for my bf and I!. I need the meatloaf recipe along with the ketchup sauce!. And any ideas for an easy side would be awesome too!. Thanks!

Lea & Perrins Meatloaf recipe has always been my favorite!. Make sure and do not use a loaf pan when making your meatloaf, it will be greasy!. You want to shape your meat into a "loaf" and use a baking or roasting pan!. Another tip!. I put all the ingredients in a large zip lock bag, seal it and mix by squeezing the bag!. You can even shape your loaf in the bag and then just roll it out onto your baking pan!. No dirty hands, and you never have to touch the meat!.

1 lb!. ground chuck
1 egg, beaten
2 tbls!. worcestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp!. onion salt
3/4 stack Town House Crackers, crushed
2 cups grated cheese (I like sharp)
Mix all ingredients, except cheese!. Press meat out onto plastic wrap about 1/2 inch thick!. Sprinkle cheese over meat evenly!. Roll up the meatloaf, jelly roll style!. Tuck in the ends, and secure with LOTS of toothpicks!. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min!.
Sauce:
?cup ketchup
? cup mustard
? cup brown sugar
Combine, and heat thoroughly!. About 15 min!. or 20 min!. before meatloaf is done, pour on some of the sauce, and finish baking!. Keep the rest to pour onto the meatloaf slices at the table!.

Meatloaf is one of my favorite recipes - served with mashed potatoes and whole green beans or steamed baby carrots!. I don't make a ketchup sauce for my meatloaf as I don't like it - I just serve ketchup on the side to dip it in!.

3 pounds ground beef
3 large eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1 packet Lipton's Onion or Beefy Onion Soup Mix
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained - Optional
1/2 cup sliced black olives - Optional
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon A-1 sauce
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded cheese - I use a combination of Cheddar, Italian Blend and Pepper-Jack cheeses or whatever I have on hand
Mix all ingredients, form into a loaf in a loaf pan, bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours!.

1 pkg!. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c!. ketchup or barbecue sauce
Reserve 2 tablespoons ketchup or barbecue sauce!. Combine beef, eggs, oats, soup mix and remaining ketchup!. Shape into a round loaf for Crock Pot or oblong for oven!. Put into Crock Pot!. Top with remaining ketchup!. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 6 hours!.
*Heinz Meatloaf
1 slightly beaten egg
1 cup Heinz Ketchup ?
1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil
1-1 ? pounds lean ground beef
? cup dry bread crumbs
? cup chopped celery
? cup chopped green bell pepper
? cup chopped onion
? teaspoon salt
? teaspoon pepper
In saucepan, cook onion, celery and bell pepper in oil until tender-crisp; stir in ketchup!. Combine ? cup ketchup mixture with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper!. Shape into a loaf (8” x 4”) in shallow baking pan!. Bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour!. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing!. Pour remaining ketchup sauce, cold or heated, over meat loaf!.
