people who drink a lot of beer feel the need to justify it to the world!. one of the ways they do this, is too claim you should cook with it!. it can be used to tenderize and moisten some meats but so can a lot of other thing that will actually add a good flavor to your dish!. if you drink a lot of beer and plan on drinking heavily during the meal, go for it!. but if you want to taste what you cook and not just hot, stale beer, forget the beer in the recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
