This was my grandma's recipe, and to this day it's still my favorite comfort food!.

1 lb!. ground beef
Chopped onion, green bell pepper, garlic
--Saute all that together until soft
1 Tbsp!. paprika
1 can EACH tomato soup and cheddar cheese soup
A couple handfuls of green olives
--Add that and simmer
1!.5 cups macaroni
--Boil and drain that and add to sauce

Pour it all in a baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, and bake at 375F for about 20 minutes until it's all hot and bubbly!. She called it goulash, but I call it grandma's casserole!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've made meatball soup before - take the ground beef, add salt, pepper, garlic powder and roll into little meatballs!. Saute then add chopped onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, beef stock and seasonings such as oregano, basil, more garlic etc!. Simmer for an hour then add a small shaped pasta such as macaroni or shells!. Simmer for 10 more minutes then serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan and crusty bread!.

Then there's chili - brown the beef with a chopped onion and garlic, then add a can of diced tomatoes, a can of corn, 2 cans of black beans, a bottle of beer and as much chipotle pepper as you can stand (I also add a dash of worcestershire sauce and some BBQ sauce)!. Simmer for an hour and serve with cheese and sour cream!. You can also serve with Fritos or cornbread!.

Hamburger stroganoff - beef, onions, and garlic again!. Brown them then add mushrooms, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, a dash of dill and a cup of sour cream!. Simmer for a few minutes and serve over egg noodles!.

Hope that helpsWww@FoodAQ@Com
