Ideas for the perfect Lasagne?!

Question: Ideas for the perfect Lasagne!?
I cook for both my boyfriend and myself (we live together) and our favourite meal is my homemade lasagne!.
However I've been trying to experiment to make it abit tastier and the boyfriend has said he loves it when it's really cheesy!.
Any ideas for a yummy, very cheesy, tasty lasagne!? Links to recipe pages are fine too!.

I would def focus on the sauce!. I assume you know how to make sauce so here is the rough version of how I make mine: Cook 1 lb pork or sausage, remove from pan!. Then add some olive oil and saute 1 onion until golden, add 1 tin anchovies (I swear you will not taste them but they will make your sauce freaking delicious!.!.!. try it for me!) and cook until dissolved!. You can add minced carrots and celery but I add big chunks and then add a couple cups of chicken stock and a bay leaf and simmer for about 40 mins, then pull out the chunks!. Add about a half a bottle of good red wine, and simmer until reduced by half!. Add A LOT of mooshed up roasted garlic (technical, I know)!. I then add about 3 regular sized cans of MuirGlen fire roasted tomatoes!. Add oregano and basil and a little rosemary to taste!. Salt and pepper to taste!.

Mix ricotta with some very aged Parm-Reg and a couple eggs!.

Slice some fresh mozz thinly (dont use that nasty packaged crap!)

Have some sliced basil on hand!.

Put dry lasagna noodles in pan and layer with ricotta, sauce and basil!. Repeat!. Repeat!. Repeat until youre done!. Put some Parm on top and bake for an hour to an hour and fifteen mins at 325F, then I broil for a few to crisp up the cheese but you dont have to!. Remove and let set for 30 or mins!.

*You use dry noodles b/c the sauce and fresh mozz is wet enough to give off enough liquid!. Feel free to change to what you like, this is just how I do it!. I hope you find what youre looking for! Good luck!.

I brown my burger and drain it than add a large can of chopped tomatoes and a can of tomatoes paste and fresh garlic or garlic powder than let this cook almost a half hour!. While this is cooking I cook extra wide egg noodles than rinse with cold water and get my cheeses ready and have a 9 by 13 dish ready!. Make layers of noodles, cottage cheese, and pizza cheese than sauce and repeat!. Bake at 350 until all cheese it melted and nice and hot!. I learned to make this is the 9th grade and now I am a great grandma and have not ever liked any other lasagna as well as I do this!. Promise it is good!Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I cook Lasagna I don't use hamburger meat!. Instead I use polish kielbasa!. Fry it in a pan before hand & let the grease drain on a paper towel!. Everyone I've served it to loves it!. As for the cheese my husband loves cheesy things too so I just add lots of mozzarella cheese & ricotta cheese!.

Hope you try the kielbasa =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Loads of cheese is a good thing for lasagna! Try adding flavor by putting fresh parmesan in the sauce or the meat when it's browning!. Just to get the flavor!. You could also do garlic bread or salad with cheese on it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

my nana said to pour a cup of water over it before you put it in the oven, i cant remember why, but if nana said it im going to trust it :D xoWww@FoodAQ@Com
