Question: What are some cheap or inexpensive meals I can prepare for my family that doesn't contain any "dairy products"!?

A few ideas:
1!. Grilled chicken leg quarters with baked pepper fries!.
2!. Chile
3!. Pulled pork sandwiches with baked beans!. (use a pork shoulder, I just got a 6 lb pork shoulder for $5!.25, it was a great sale)
4!. Whole roasted chicken with a salad!.

Meat & veggies!. leave off anything that calls for cheese or alfredo or white sauce!. YOu probably need to look away from cassarole-type meals & just be satisfied with meat & veggies!. However, there's prolly an imitation vegetarian cheese these days!.

As far as milk, you can use substitutions in some recipes, but the best thing to do is check with a nutritionist at a hospital or ask a doctor's or allergists office--many times they have pre-printed sheets of diet information & suggestions for people with intolerances!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
