Can you give me some recipes for low fat meals?!


Question: Can you give me some recipes for low fat meals!?
My partner has put on a little weight so I want some healthy meals we can eat together!. The recipes need to be for 2 people preferably!.

try onion,carrot,parsnip,swede,leek,potato and,knorr vegetable stock!.!.add seasoning to taste!.dont forget to cube all the veg!.!.healthy,low fat and tasty!.!.(thats what my wife gives me)

Try reading some of the Light and Tasty magazines for ideas!.

Use cookbooks with the calorie counts listed!.

Eat in moderation leaning toward lowfat and low carb eating!.

Eat small meals throughout the day

Eat fruit or Splenda sweetened yogurt for dessert

Take any recipe that calls for ground beef, such as spaghetti or chili or whatever!. Then, after you fry the hamburger, put it in a collander and rinse it with hot hot water!. You can remove practically ALL of the fat from ground beef this way!.

Of course, you'll lose some flavor, too!. Let's face it, fat tastes good!. So add extra spices!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would have to highly recommend the cook book "Fix it and forget it Lightly"!. It is the best cookbook for low fat cooking in the crock pot!. We have used most of the recipes in that book over and over!. Very tasty and very easy!.

well if you have to eat pastas eat whole wheat pastas and breads it has to be 100 precent whole wheat also steam veg if you use salt use low sodium more fruits !. nuts are good and adds fiberWww@FoodAQ@Com
