We had Fiesta Tortellini (tortellini, steamed carrots, bell peppers, cocktail onions, sugar snap peas, scallions) with white cream sauce (like alfredo but without the cheese); apple & pear salad (different apples and pears peeled & cubed, with a little blue cheese dressing & walnuts on romaine); Double chocolate pudding for after!.
Tonight was our vegetarian night!. Normally we might add a protein to the tortellini like shrimp or scallops!. Total time spent making dinner was 15 minutes to prep and 15 to cook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm going on the assumption you'll be eating, too:
Ingredients:
4-6 Lamb chops (I normally do 2 per person, but if they're small then one each should do)
2 TBS honey (any sort should do, as long as it's not set)
1 lemon, fresh
2-3 cloves of garlic
1-2 tsp rosemary (pref!. fresh, but you can use dried)
1 medium onion (I use red onions, but it's just preference)
1-2 leeks
3 cups kale
A little cooking oil (I use peanut, but safflower or canola will work)
Extra virgin olive oil
1!. Mince or crush the garlic, slice the onion and leeks!. If you're using fresh rosemary, then chop it fine!.
2!. Mix the honey and about half the lemon's worth of juice together (about 3:1)!. Mix in the rosemary and about 1tsp of the garlic!. (Adjust to taste, and add salt and pepper if reqd!.)
3!. Heat up a little cooking oil in a skillet to a high heat, meanwhile preheat a grill to low-medium heat
4!. Sear the lamb in the skillet briefly - the outside should brown but not blacken
4!. Coat one side of the lamb with a thin layer of the glaze, and carefully transfer it to the grill, glaze up!. Then add the leek and onion to the skillet, and turn the heat down a little!.
5!. Sautée the leek and onion for about 7 minutes, turn the heat down a bit more, then add the kale, add a dash more cooking oil, and stir it around until all the kale looks very deep green!. Cover the skillet with something!. It should be just hot enough that it only just makes a very faint sizzling sound!.
6!. When the chops are done on one side, turn them over, glaze the other sides, and grill 'til nearly done!.
7!. Remove the cover on the skillet, make a little bed on each plate with the green, sprinkle the rest of the garlic over the top, squeeze some lemon juice on, and drizzle on a generous amount of the olive oil!.
8!. Transfer lamb chops to bed of green, serve, enjoy!.
