What do I do with pork cutlets?!

Question: What do I do with pork cutlets!?
I have a couple breaded pork cutlets that we got for cheap at Freddie's the other day but I'm not sure what to do with them!. The last time I got them, I fried them in olive oil and they turned out okay!. What should I do with them this time!? Suggestions on side dishes also welcome!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds great, so here's what I would suggest:
Bake them on high heat in the oven,(less oil, mess and fat) about 400 degrees until medium (150 internal temperature), then pull them out and let them rest under a tin foil tent on a plate!. Upon this resting period, they will come to the proper temperature but will not be dry either!.
You could serve this with:
corn and black bean salsa
oven roasted red skin potatoes with garlic and rosemary
sauteed mushrooms and onions
Creamy Whole Grain Mustard Sauce
To me, all of these side dishes and sauce compliments the flavors of the Pork and breading!. Hope this helps you out today, happy cooking to you!

Make Tonkatsu!
Deep fry the cutlets in peanut oil, turning a couple of times, until golden brown!. You can tell if it's done by poking it!. If it feels firm, it's done!. If it yields to pressure, then it's not done yet!.

Drain thoroughly!. Cut with a sharp knife into slices while still hot!. Arrange on a plate with finely shredded cabbage, and condiments to taste:tonkatsu sauce, lemon wedge, mustard (not the French kind, but the English kind - plain mustard powder that's been reconstituted with water)!.

Serve with rice!.

Saute some onions and mushrooms in butter until lightly browned,
scoop the onions and mushrooms out temporarily, add the chops to the pan, return to med!. heat, brown on both sides, top with the onions and mushrooms and finish in a 325 deg!. oven!.
Serve with a dry bartlett pear wine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
