I need new breakfast ideas?!
Ok!. I am in middle school, and if I don't eat breakfast, I am starving way before lunch!. I need a couple ideas for breakfas that take less than 5 minutes to make!.
This is what I usually eat now: half a bagel w/cream cheese (flavored), a lean pocket (sausage, egg, and cheese), a waffle w/peanut butter, and sometimes when I want something different I have a quesadilla (w/ shaved chicken, and cheese!. I don't really want cereal, because it doesn't last very long for me!. So, a couple of ideas would be great!
also, I don't want eggs, and I only want to spend up to, like 6 or 7 minutes on it! Even if the ideas are just different toppings or types of things! Thanks so much!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Have you tried a peanut butter and banana sandwich!. I know it sounds weird, but you have your protein, some fruit, and bread!. The peanut butter will "stick" to your stomach because of the protein and keep the hungry away!.
Anything with protein will help keep the hungry away!. If you want you can keep a small bag of peanuts with you so that you can munch on them between classes!.

I make sandwiches the night before so I just grab it while I am on the way out the door and eat it in the car
I may warm it a bit or have to put any wet item on it but other then that there is no prep time that morning
Time is always an enemy of mine ~ late for everything GRRR LOLWww@FoodAQ@Com

yogurt with fruitWww@FoodAQ@Com
Yogurt!.
Eat fruit with yogurt!. Don't eat just yogurt, it's just an idea to make a balanced and enjoyable breakfast!. Try both yogurt and oatmeal :) Oatmeal will definitely fill you up!. So as a full breakfast meal idea try a bowl of oatmeal, some orange juice, and some yogurt with fruit!.
And, well, this is just me, but I highly prefer buying a big container of plain unsweetened yogurt and then flavouring it as I prefer each day!. It saves money and it allows you to be creative and choose what you want to eat each day!. I add things like fruit and jam!. If you're just adding fruit, it won't be very sweet in the rest of the yogurt, so then I add maple syrup to sweeten!. If I don't have any jam or fruit I add lemon juice to get a nice flavour!.
Hope this edit helps more!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
