What are three rules for safe use of cooking with oils/fats?!

Question: What are three rules for safe use of cooking with oils/fats!?
Answers:
Don't over heat your oil or leave your stove unattended!. Canola oil is best for high temperature cooking, like deep frying or stir frying!. Never put water or other liquid on an oil fire! First do NOT panic, turn off the heat, wet a towel with water and place it over the fire!. Leave it alone until it has cooled off completely!. Do not add oil to a hot pan, add it when you turn the pan on!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wear something that can block Oil from flying out from the pan and onto your skin, it burns!. also, make sure you are using the right things that you need to use, some oils can be real flammable!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
