Quick easy snacks for school/work?!


Question: Quick easy snacks for school/work!?
what are some healthy, delicious snacks I can keep in a ziplock bag and eat during school and work!? something not too messy, that I can make for cheap!. and that will go a long ways

also there is a kid in one of my classes who has been bringing this ziplock bag full of white powdery stuff, someone said it has like chex cereal in it!.!.!.!. does anyone know what that is!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

usually healthy and cheap are polar opposites so can't help besides the obvious carrot and celery sticks raisins granola etc!.
as for the with powdery stuff sounds like a snack we call puppy chow
stir 6 cups chex mix with 1 cup peanut butter and 1 cup semi sweet choc chip melted on stove top!.
spread mixture on cookie sheet with a rack allow to cool completely
toss into large zip lock bag add 2 cup powder sugar seal and toss to coat completelyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Sandwiches are my favourite, but I can't think of what the powdery stuff might be!.

Sandwiches:- Pinwheels
Ideally you want bread that has been sliced length ways!.
Spread the bread with butter!.
With the narrow end toward you lay down your fills across the bread, working away from your!.
Carefully roll up and slice into 2 or 3, depending on how wide the bread is!.
Chose fillings you like!.
Asparagus spears, mashed egg, tomato, (flesh only) flaked salmon, shredded lettuce, grated carrot, cold meats, (lamb, corned beef, chicken etc) cheese, celery etc!.

Sandwiches:- Rolls
Butter a slice of sandwich bread an place with a corner towards you!.
Place on your filling and roll up!.
Fillings to consider:-
Asparagus spears with mayonnaise and some fine shred of lettuce!.
Corned beef strips with tomato wedges (seedless and skinned) laid end to end and seasoned!.
Corned beef strips with sweet mustard sauce!.
Seafood sticks, (halved) shredded lettuce and a little tartare dressing!.
Shredded cooked (or smoked) chicken with sweet chilli sauce!.
Shredded Lamb with chow-chow pickles, or piccalilli!.
Strips sausages and tomato sauce!.

ONe idea would be cheese and crackers!. Another is trail mix or "gorp," which you could make with nuts, cereal, crackers, small candies (m&ms), pretzels, marshmellows, and other things!. Celery and peanut butter is a healthy snack!. Or you could do the traditional cereal or chex mix in a baggie!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is probably Puppy Chow: Melt equal parts chocolate chips and peanut butter in a large bowl in the microwave!. Gently stir in Chex cereal until it is thoroughly coated!. Put about a cup of powdered sugar in a large brown paper bag, add the cereal and shake!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

-Cheese cubes with crackers

Veggies - celery, carrots, tomato's (cherry one's )
