Pasta Carbonara!.
Bacon, chopped onions and garlic, parmesan cheese, noodles and heavy cream (or half and half)
Cook the chopped bacon, sautee the onions and garlic, boil the noodles!. Add noodles and cream and parmesan cheese to the pan, salt and pepper to taste!. (Go easy on the salt, sometimes the bacon is salty enough!.)
when the sauce thickens and bubbles, take the pan off the stove top, add an raw egg, stir and serve immediately ( don't worry about the egg being raw, the hot noodles will cook the egg sufficiently)!.

Simple and delish (6-7 ingredients though)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cherry Pie for people who can't eat wheat or corn:

2 lbs of the best frozen tart pie cherries
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 lightly spooned cups almond meal
Amaretto to taste

Put cherries and sugar on stove, stir constantly on high heat!. Play brinkmanship, wait until you get the faintest whiff of what might almost be caramel before taking the hot, bubbling filling off the stove!.

Shove enough almond meal into a pie pan to make a crumb crust!.

Using a slotted spoon, fill crust with cherries!. Spoon a little of the remaining juice in, pour on some amaretto!. Add enough almond meal to make a crumble-type topping!. Bake 20 minutes at 350F!.

Take remaining liquid from pie filling, add 2 parts hot water and a little amaretto!. Feed to someone with a sore throat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
