What to do with potatoes?!

Question: What to do with potatoes!?
I wanted to make potatoes for dinner tonight!. But we already had mashed potatoes earlier this week and i dont feel like making roasted or baked potatoes!. I have simple ingredients on hand along with thepotatoes i have milk, butter, cheese and sour cream!. Does anyone know any simple but delicous recipes I could make!? thanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You could make a potato bake by slicing the potatoes thinly and spreading them in a baking tray with the butter, cheese and milk!. Dollop some of the sour cream throughout!. Or mix the sour cream with the milk and use instead of cream - it might curdle a little but it won't affect the taste - it will be really delicious!.

Or how about potato wedges by cutting up the potatoes, coating in a little olive oil, salt and pepper and sprinkling over the cheese and roasting until golden!. Serve with the sour cream!.

Enjoy!

Here's a easy one that I make usually once per week!. Take your potatoes and microwave them for a few minutes to soften them up!. When they cool cut them in cubes!. Toss them with some garlic grapeseed oil (or olive oil or butter), sprinkle in some of your favorite spices (I use Wildtree products exclusively at our house and I love the Scampi Blend) and spread them out on a cookie sheet and put them under the broiler until they are done, stirring 1-2 times while cooking!. Takes about 15 minutes and they are delicious!

Wildtree Products are all-natural with no additives, preservatives, MSG or food dyes!. They make cooking a breeze too! They are perfect for those who want delicious, healthy foods!. Check it out, I love them! Wildtree!.com------> I am a Culinary Club Member!Www@FoodAQ@Com
