Curry Leaves? Can I put them in at the end of the cooking, or do I have to fry them off first with the onion ?!

u can fry them off with the onions but i tend to find that the taste an aroma disappears!. i put them in the curry near to the end!.

Like curry powder and salt, it is best to add some in the beginning and finish with more to reinforce the flavour, and alot of Indian dishes are finished with hot oil, curry leaves, whole seed spices, chili's or cilantro!.
