It's a top quality Aberdeen Angus sirloin steak, got steak fries, beer-battered onion rings, sauteed mushrooms, peas, grilled tomato and a fresh garden salad (lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cucumber) Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nothing- prime steak does not need an embellishment!. Just eat as is and enjoy! Www@FoodAQ@Com

I probably wouldn't add anything either, except perhaps mustard!.

But as you asked!.!.!.!.and if I was also serving others I would make some flavoured butters so they had a choice!.

eg
Garlic Butter
Herb Butter
Blue Cheese (Silton ,Roquefort)
Sun dried tomato butter
Horseradish
Chilli

Mix or mash into some good quality salted butter!. Form into a log shape!. Wrap in cling film and chill until needed!. It can be sliced and offered as an accompanyment!.

But gotta have ketchup for your fries!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mmm! With a top AA sirloin steak like that you don't want to mess with it really do you!? Brushed oil and sprinkle with crushed sea salt, cooked with love is all that's needed!

But, if you must: rub a bit of garlic over it or if you really must cover it up try a bit of honey mustard and reduced balsamic vinegar (reduced by simmering until it gets a bit thick)!. Test first before applying!.

I happen to like A1 steak sauce!. You might not!. It makes things taste like A1!. You might prefer the taste of your steak and not A1!. Me, I hate the taste of steak and love the taste of A1!.
